I'm Amanda Byrd
Certified Christian Life Coach
I reside in the Johnston County, NC area, where I was born and raised. I have been married to my husband, Anthony Byrd for 16 years, and together, we have 3 children: Adalyn, Austin, and Aliza. I have a Business Administration degree with a concentration in finance from Strayer University, certificate in Biblical Counseling from Southeastern Theological Baptist Seminary and Professional Life Coach Certificate from Light University. I am also an Ordained Minister.
At the beginning of my professional career, I spent many years working in the corporate world before being called to full-time ministry. While I thrived in various facets of business, from banking to pharmaceutics, I always maintained a passion for counseling and coaching. I have attended Overflow Church in Angier, NC for over 18 years and am currently an elder and lay counselor. My husband and I recently open our first non-profit, The Restored Table where we hope to see lives restored through community outreach. In recent years, I have led several small groups, which has afforded me the opportunity to connect with and lead other believers through many different seasons of life.
I specialize in marriage, family, addiction, anxiety, depression, anger, stress management, identity, and contentment related issues. As a Christian, I am passionate about meeting people where they are and connecting them to biblical truth. I am highly educated, well-trained, and equipped to meet all of my clients' needs in a safe and confidential setting.
